Small Things 2

Dark green 

Fills the ravine

Large and small,

Leaves that cool

The mind and air,

And growing tall,

Reaching for the sun,

A royal and tiny blossom

In vibrant purple 

Stretches up 

Over the railing 

To say hello,

Another small thing

Nature brings.
