Nature’s Togetherness

Together

Budding out in early spring

A peony its nectar brings

Attracting ants to swarm in haste

And sip the nectar’s sweeter taste

And in return for this delight

Harmful bugs they will fight

Protecting peony from harm

This is nature’s mutual charm.
