Painted Heart’s Tale

I found a rock

along the road

painted joy

a heart’s tale, 

untold;

I left it there

to please another

a tale to tell

joy for another;

Yet the tale—

it follows me—

for along a path,

not the same,

the painted joy

appeared again!
