Scott celebrated his birthday with his family and new pet, Guthrie, a gentle golden doodle. Despite Guthrie's shyness due to previous neglect, he's forming a bond with Scott. The family's previously aloof and rescued cat is gradually warming up to them, thanks to Guthrie. Meanwhile, the cat's natural curiosity took precedence as it promptly explored a discarded gift bag.
