Stop to imagine

Crooked branches as cottages

Twisted trunks as highways

Criss-crossing roots as paths

Fallen petals as magic

Tossed by fairies 

Frolicking from their cottage in the leaves

Traversing bark highways

Crossing in around and under roots

Laughing and dancing with their enchanted trees.
